30 Day Return Policy

At Dream Green Organics, we take great care in the quality of our materials and the craftsmanship of our products. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Please inspect your purchase as soon as you receive it, and notify us of any problem with your purchase.

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your Dream Green Organics products. If for any reason you wish to return the product, please call or email us for a Return Authorization Number. All returns must be within 30 days of package receipt in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. For a refund of the purchase price or exchange for another product, returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition. Please include a copy of your packing list or receipt so that we may quickly process your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Dream Green Organics is not responsible for returns lost in transit, however we will assist you in working with the shipper for a resolution.

Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
